Voting Day to wrap up the season competition program. Location is TBA.

Nominee photo days for those announced as a nominee. Arrive in neutral colors, props are welcomed if they can fit within the frame of the picture for 4 people or less. Location is TBA.

Rehearsal day at Heritage HS: 520 Evergreen Mills Rd SE, Leesburg, VA 20175, to run through the participating school scenes for technical elements, etc. before the actual gala awards event. This is an all-day event where schools will need to stay for approximately 30 min-1 hour each.

Lighting tech at Hylton Performing Arts Center:10960 George Mason Cir, Manassas, VA 20110 with lighting designers/directors only. There may be other technicians invited should the show require certain elements.

Gala day at the Hylton Performing Arts Center: 10960 George Mason Cir, Manassas, VA 20110. This is an all-day event for all participating school communities.

Community Day with location TBA. One hour to hear questions or concerns from the community to wrap up the season followed by a meeting to vote in the new board/budget.
